That is the same tire/rim in both pics. the hub caps just overlap the tire more instead of stopping at the edge of the rim. Pretty clever.

LOL j/k I don't know if the lyrics actually go like that...Hubcaps purchased as a "modification" to your ride are absolutely ghetto and make your whole car look really chincy...
