hey, just wonderin if anyone could tell me how to safely remove the 'civic' tag and 'si' tag from my car. i'ev already taken the two tags off, but there is still left over adhesive. i kno you can use goo-gone, but it thins the paint off. anyone know of any products taht can take off the gunk/leftover adhesive without damaging the paint?

You can use bug and tar remover from Canadian tire...worked for me.

i used goo gone all the way when i took mine off on my previous car.

Use a hair dryer to gently warm up the areas with the adhesive and then reg. Varsol will do it without any damage to the clear coat.

I just debadged mine. For the leftover adhesive, I used WD40 + hairdryer + my nail. Finished with wax.
