Remove primer overspray off windsheild

how would i go about removing a few patches of "dots" or primer over spray off my windshield?

tiny bit of thinners on a rag and wipe , then clean your windshield with windex.

or steel wool and windex, try even windex alone and just rub hard. it should come off cause your windshield isn't prepped lol its smooth and should just come off.

I have paint overspray, windex and force didn't do anything. Yet to try paint thinner. Been told it should work.

i just used water and a razor blade... works everytime... cleans anything else off the window too

00 rating steel wool if its bad or 000. i just did this on my car, steel wool works better than i thought it would

+2 for razour blade. It is one of many detailer secrets. Just make sure the glass is wet before u have at it.

wow im surprised anyone would suggest using a razor blade..

the proper and correct response is to use a claybar kit. it will remove particulate matter (this includes paint overspray) from your car

definetly, razor blade and water for sure cheap and VERY effective.. unless you've got ALOT to do... especially for tight areas, works really well

when i was detailing with z-bart we used 00 steel wool and window cleaner with amonia and it worked great

when i painted the hood, i had a bit of over spray, with no hesitation i went straight for the rag and gasoline, worked like a charm

+5 on RAZORBLADES. I off sprayed my entire rear window(f* wind) and a bit of my driver side window and a tad on the windsheld. I razor'd everything. took maybe 10mins. but it looks better then new
