How to remove EF Front & Rear Bumper Cover

is there good DIY on how 2 remove the front & rear bumper cover of EF Civic

iv got a 91 4 door, al i had to do is remove the bumper lights/turn signals then theres two bolts on each side . remove those pull up and its off.. but im not sure if you have to take the filler piece out before you can take the bumper off.
