do what you wish, if you get pulled over and havn't got n e hting then good for you...
i have no forn tplate, green plate leds and for over 2 year i have never gotten pulled over for them...

- but bud i would be carefull with the 100W bulb u have i have heard many stories of true evens of housings melting and so on, their fine now but further down will leave a problem, i went to my performance shop to get peoples opinions and evberyone said stay away, hell they even stopped carrying them cause of safty problems, they are able to get them but only special order now...
