the pics above was of day ONE.

this is day two....



cutting out the rust on the passanger quater.



drinding off more rust



passanger side rust cut out from outter quater panel (notice inner wheel arc has rust too)



fabricating sheet metal to be used to patch the quater.





new patch no more rust on the outside.



driver side quater panel rust cut out. notice wheel arc has rust too

little metal patches that i am going to be using for plugging the door moulding holes. (i used 16 of these little suckers)

Remember guys i am planning on finishing my project by this weekend. so keep comming back to see more pics.
also wanted to add the pics above are the rough stages of the patch up. i have done NO bodywork to it other then just welding on the metal itself so if you are wondering why it looks ugly well now you know.

another thing i forgot to add was...
you might think that patching up the rust is a cheap way of doing it and that its better to replace the quaters. well your right. BUT this model honda accord (94-97) does not have aftermarket quater panels made. the only place to get them would be from honda which costs 900.00 PER SIDE. which is DEFINATELY not worth it because only 10 percent of it has rust. and both the metal patch and the quater panel replacement piece work the same way its all in the prep work.

yeah 3 days, came out the shop the thursday before DKN. Then again there was a few things that werent 100% perfect cause of the short deadline but that was my fault:P.

Jay's got a task and a half on his hands, especially having to do customer cars first before he can work on his:P.

im sure he will have it primered today.

sry unfortunately i wasnt able to start primering the car yet because i had to finish up 2 bmw's but i did do all of the exterior bodywork on the accord. i will post it up as soon as i upload it onto my cardomain site.

i gotta move fast if i slack then **** is going to pile up and its going to get worse.

spracing: Now you know why i like that colour. its HARD to show the colour via pics it doesnt do any justice a single bit especially that colour but in person the colour is AMAZING and its RARE.
