Painting Wheels

Alright this is more of an opinion question, but I would like some feed back.

I am just about to paint my rims
but I'm not sure with what finish.

The debate is between

FLAT BLACK or SEMI-GLOSS BLACK

I've seen the flat black and it looks cool, I haven't seen semi-gloss yet, but I'm told they have about the same finish as clean steelies.

I wonder with a Semigloss finish it might make it easier to keep the rims clean...

Please express your input

I haven't seen that, yet...you would be the first one...however, flat black works pretty well by itself

Go with the flatblack paint, I just used it 2 days ago on my grill and looks nice. I put on some clear coat and its got a nice shine to it as well. So I'd probably say go flatblack and clearcoat! hehe

Clear Coat

With the Clear Coat on the flat black, does the rim still appear to have the cool mat texture with a glossy finish or does it look like a semigloss?
