Hey, just get some canadian tires auto paint. get like 2-3 cans of primer, 2-3 cans of the black paint. 2-3 cans of Clear coat. You'll need Grit paper ranging from 500,1000,1500,2000. Also you'll need Turtle Wax swirls Remover. Those are your materials.

First you Gotta Sand Down your plastic Front bumper to give it some texture for the Primer. Use 500 Grit Sandpaper.

After, You'll Applied a couple of coat of primer, But there are techniques for that, Spraying from one End to the other. One coat at a time, Allowing it to dried, then applied another coat. Your going to want to keep the Can about 14 inches away from the bumper.

After When your Primer has dried overnight, Use 1000 grit Sand paper and give it a smooth rub to remove any little bumps, uneven bits, little lint that may have stuck onto your Front bumper while spraying on some primer.

you can spray your front bumper down with some paper so it can wash off any little dirt or bits. but let it Dry completely before you continue.

After when you have a Smooth front bumper with Primer. Repeat The Steps with the black paint. Take your time with it,Applied 2 coats, But remember to let the first coat dry first before applying the second Coat. After your black paint dries overnight, Your going to want to use 1000/1500 grit sand paper to sand down anything uneven on your front bumper. After that, give it 1 or 2 coat of black paint. But this time when applying the black paint, Your going to want to give it like a "wet" Coat of black paint, This is the hard part, you don't want to give it too much of a wet coat because it can cause running paint,(which you dont want). If you can successfully give it a nice wet coat, it will have a shiny Texture. Let that dry overnight.

With a Dry Black Bumper, Your going to take your time applying 2-3 coat of Clear Coat! Let them dry between each coat. After let that dry overnight. The next day, Your going to wetsand it down. Spray water over your dry front bumper, and take your time sanding it down with some 1500 grit paper, then switch to 2000 grit paper to get a smoother look.

In the end, your going to want to use Turtle Wax Swirle Remover on your Bumper to remove any swirls. Your set!!

My DIY is very plain. no pictures, kinda hard to follow, but it's Basic Steps!! Search for techniques before you start, so you don't run into any troubles.
