Opinion needed on front end convo.

Hey guys.........My front bumper just got destroyed tonight.....and the front end will have to be redone...I have wanted to to a front end conversion on my car for a while now and figure this would be the time to do it so.........

what front end do you think would look the best on a 93 civic hatch

its between the USDM integra (98+) and the EK civic......since i dont wanna pay like 2g's plus for the parts alone the JDM integra is out of the question (unfortunatley!)

what do you guys think would flow the best? just want to her some opinions other than that of my own.....thanks

P.S. any write ups or info you guys have on the conversions would be greatly appreciated

ek would suit the car better
if i were u i would rather go the s2000 route for ur eg.
just pick up some s2000 headlights and then do a headlight conversion it would look sexy yet clean at the same time

S2000 is nice, maybe look into something much different like a TL conversion or TSX.

yupp, ive only ever seen a TSX rear conversion and it was on a FUGLY car. The TSX front is sick and would be very unique.

I wonder what the newer 04 civic sedan/coupe headlights would look like on it? I bet it would look good...TSX's or TL's are awesome headlights, but I'm sure you'll pay out more for one of those over a civic headlight...
just my 2cents...

i think it would be money well spent if you wanted to be unique:P. Maybe you would get lucky and find a rear end or t-boned TSX or TL

I do not think the EK bolts up but the teg may. I have a friend who did the teg conversion on his eg hatch and it was ALOT of work and wasnt a straight bolt on according to him. Pretty much he had to cut the fenders and weld the teg ones on and do a bunch of other stuff.

integra front end conversions are the nastiest **** on any civic (the circle light one that is). I do like 1.6EL front ends but I've only seen those on EK's.

TSX AND TL LIGHTS ARE WAAY TO BIG FOR THE CAR.
DONT DO IT! IT WILL LOOK FUGLY.

Remember if ur doing coversion the only thing making ur car look nice or ugly is on how the body flows with the rest f the car and if ur headlights or tails are bigger then the car it will look FUGLY.

a tl or tsx conversion will only look nice on bigger cars ie. accord.
the max conversion you should do size wise would be a cl headlight on ur front end.
as for the front end bolting up that is not true none of them are bolt on from wat i heard. but if u do the ek or the teg u can put an oem carbon hood without mods because those dont get cut.

thanks Rukus....i think i am going to go with the Integra front end conversion becaue i have looked at the EK fenders and they are not flat they have an indet in them and that would be harder to make them sit flush..........so i geuss i will need after market bumper (skirt), 98+ black projectors, fenders, rad support and c/f hood.....if anyone knows where i can get these items cheap please PM as well if you have any write ups as i may try it myself.....also thanks to the admins for not locking this thread as i thought it would have been....I appreciate it

Jay your fugly, you just wanna keep the TL or TSX for your car:P.

I think the JDM teg would look the nicest on your car but its also $$$$. I still think the insight would be a really nice conversion but like you said you want a cf hood.
