hey guys
i'm gonna order an abs plastic type-r REPLICA lip for my 98 civic si.
i shouldnt have any problem fiting them on right??????????
like is there an OEM type-r style lip that I can buy? or is it just tooo pricey? b/c the type-r replica is nice but just wondering if it will be a good fit!

Yeah it should be direct fit, depending who you buy it from. I know the ones from John Lo are a direct fit, look in sig.

I have an OEM Type R lip on my 4dr and believe me buddy, its pricey!!! If you're like me and feel like you gotta have the authentic stuff then go for it, but otherwise the replica's I've seen have good fitment.

Have you considered the EK4 SiR lip. It is also OEM, mild look, but a rare find.

whats the different between the usdm sir lip and the type r lip u have? also wats the difference on the ek4 sir lip compared to the other two?
they all seem the same to me.

The USDM SiR lip is the lip that you see on the regular everyday Civic SiR. There is a big difference between 96-98 & 99-00.
This is the Type R lip that I have. Its for a 96-98, same as the one1998civicsi was referring to
