Press hard when you buff it off. Work that wax in baby!

rub in circular motion, don't go crazy on the amount you put on, it will only make it harder to take off. use good quality wax (meguires nxt is very good) and don't get it on the black trim by the windows. its wax...you really can't screw it up.

also a tip, when your done, rub the cloth around the doors and lines where wax could get into...it just looks like crap if you see wax inside a line near the bumper or door.

Just a tip:
A soft toothbrush works wonders for getting wax out of creases/lines between parts.
