Need help fixing bumper scratches!

Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this, without turning it into a HUGE job? I don't want to replace the bumper if I don't have to, and I would much rather figure out a way to actually do the job with the bumper on the car, rather then taking it off, and risk messing something up. I have talked to other people, and would much rather not pay the money for a shop to do it, i'd rather do it myself, and learn.

K I forgot to mention that this is not on my Civic. It is my beater (Not really, just another car that i have) and its for a Ford Focus. Is that really a big deal?

If not here are some pics:

Easy as pie....just tape up all around where you dont wanna paint....and then take some body filler IF its deep. If not just put on some primer and then put on the paint after... Its a small job and you can do it yourself.

Is body filler what everyone referrs to as "Bondo"?

I have the correct paint, and I did do a touch up on the car, and it does NOT look like the color of the car, I did go to the dealer and provide my vin #, etc.

If its not too bad as it looks, Meguair's scratch removeer might work and then top it off with the polish and wax.
