Law Regarding Eye Lids And Painted Headlights
Covering or coating of lamps prohibited
(7) No person shall drive upon a highway a motor vehicle where either or both of the lamps that are required on the front of the vehicle by subsections (1), (2) and (3) are coated or covered with a coloured material or lacquer or where either or both of the lamps have been modified by the attachment to the lamps or the motor vehicle of any device that reduces the effective area of the lenses or the intensity of the beam of the lamps.
Note: On a day to be named by proclamation of the Lieutenant Governor, subsection (7) is repealed by the Statutes of Ontario, 2002, chapter 18, Schedule P, subsection 19 (1) and the following substituted:

(a) are coated or covered with a coloured material; or
( have been modified by the attachment to the lamps or the motor vehicle of any device that reduces the effective area of the lenses or the intensity of the beam of the lamps.
Exception
(7.1) Clause (7) (a) does not apply if the lamps are of the prescribed type or meet the prescribed standards.

If you have a chance go inside CT and see if the have the simple green and grab one and I will pay you when I get there . If they have the big bottle that would be better
