the emblem has two holes behind them
the rest dont.
use a fishing line, dental floss, anything that will pull it off and then use either goo gone or if u have rubbing alcohol at home use that instead. (its cheaper then going and buying it from ct)

if u wanna get rid of the two holes, ull have to do a bit of bodywork to get them out, but that will involve repainting that spot.

if you want to get rid of the holes, it will require painting the whole panel (i.e. the whole trunklid). It's highly unadvisable to paint just one small section. I doubt anyone would ever do that

Cool

hey whats up
i removed all the lettering and **** on the back of my civic (97 4dr). yeah it does leave a black glue **** but that comes off easily if you get grafiti remover , my nieghbouur had it so he gave me it to use thats how i know but.. i dont know how much it costs or anything tho. it works really well tho and u dont risk scratching or chipping the paint

later
vik

if you want the honda emblem you have shave it and spray the hatch with some color match paint in a can...

just take some bondo and fill that hole
and blend the paint together its not that hard

Just colour match the badge. It wont be as visible, but you'll still be representin'

What do you use to re-attach the badge back on the trunk? To prevent rust from happening and seal tight?

I'm not tottally sure but maybe a bit of grease would do the trick for rust prevention. as for keeping it stuck, maybe some double sided tape.

Hair dryer and a puty knife with duct tape over the blade and wd40 gets rid of those nasty badges. Badges, we don't need no stinkin' badges!

Kieran.... it depends on the paint.... if your paint is highly metallic it's difficult to blend properly without painting the whole panel but it is possible if you have a good painter.... but if you're spraying a trunk lid it isn't that large anyways so you mind as well paint the entire lid
