the black strip of plastic that goes up the side of the door fell off my car today and i have no idea what part i should ask for when i go to get it replaced
what is this part called and were would a good place be to go get a new one

it's called "side moldings"...

are they the "stick on" ones? or do the moldings have clips?

best place to get it is at a dealership... don't know about price...
prolly not cheap...

now that i think about it, think he means the plastic part next to the window.... forget what it's called... something "pillow"?
