HB4 or HB2???

HB4 or HB2???
Does it really matter if light bulbs are a different rating like using HB4's instead of HB2's? They have the same Watt rating but would the difference in HB number be significant enough to cause damage to the harnesses or do you only have to worry about that if you are goind HID? Suggestions????
