you should see rick10's spoon lip. It fit perfectly on his 99-00 front end.
It fits so good that I can tell it might be siliconed on his bumper.
( haha )
so it's pretty much hard to get off.

i forgot to post this

but last time i had to towes my car and the flat bed truck couldnt take it, the car was so low that the chain was lifting my lip and bumper when the driver was trying to pull my car onto the flat bed. The chain almost ripped my lip off, it actaully has a little crack on one side. Most of the silicon came off. I m actually surprise that little plastic lip took so much abuse from the flat bed , for the second time ( last towing was the samething).

it is hard to believe a plastic piece that costed me 60 $ took so much damage from the towing truck and it is still holding there

I ended driving my car onto the flat bed, not a fun thing to do if your car is standard and the driver is telling you to stop uphill every 2 seconds

Since the pic in the OP is a SPOON Civic my guess would be that's a SPOON lip. the mugen version is very similar but the lip wraps up into the grill instead of going under it like this one.
