Front Bumper Removal EG

I need to replace my front bumper and I have another bumper ready to put on. The only problem is the original front mounting screws are old, rusty, somewhat stripped. Can I drill these out? or is there another easier way?

Those are always brutal to take out. All I can suggest is tapping it with a punch and hammer to loosen the rust a bit, as well as the usual stuff like using penetrant, heat etc...

On mine I had to drill them out and then retap the hole. It wasn't pretty....

and when you are ready to install the new bumper, put anti-seize grease on the screws

the most effective way is so get grab- bits bits and use those to get them out, i use them til this day whenever i take them off bc those screws are the worst, rusted and worn out they shud have made them out of plastic

those grab bits you are suggesting, are they the ones from crappy tire? If so I've used them before, but never have any good luck. I follow the directions on the label but still it seems to just make the situation worse. Is there any tips or maybe something I don't know, or maybe a brand that you recommend.

depending ont he size of the bolt od screw u use a different size, and drill in the right direction first, then flip the other side around and use the one with the crazy grooves in it and then it wil reverse and pull hard ontop the rounde dnut or bit and then jus either manually take it off or of ur dril is powerful enough jus unscrew it. this has saved me **** a ton of times working on the car with all these shi tty nuts and bolts that hondas has on the cars.
