Looking for a nice new bumper for my 01 civic, they make any aftermarket perhaps a little nicer then stock ones? If so where can I buy prefer to deal locally here in toronto because of the size.

How much am I looking at? Painted silver lets say? Would the paint match or be noticable different?

paint can be color matched to accomodate any fading..
yes they make aftermarket....check the GB section for some good sales going on right now..
