Whiplash

hooked up my new Fiamm's today and something seems amiss..

followed their directions:

RELAY
85 to horn switch
87 to horns
86 and 30 to fused power
horns are ground

i can hear the relay click but no horns..
even tried another "brand new" relay, same thing..
when i bypass the relay (connect 85 and 87 wires together) i do get sound from the horns when i hit the switch..tho sound level is less due to lack of direct 12V from the battery

any chance they messed up their instructions??

87 fused 12v from battery
30 - to horns
85 and 86 are the 2 leads from the horn switch, that show I have my relay set up for air horns.

On my relay, 86 completes the ground Well, I'm talking about a Saturn fan relay, but all relays are the same more or less, no?
