Fender Rolling

I was just wondering if anyone has gone to a shop in the GTA to get their fenders rolled/flared. I know that there is a machine that does it properly instead of the Louisville Slugger method. I think I would rather go to a body shop with experience and a reputation and spend some money now instead of worrying about dimpling and future rusting issues.

So if anyone knows of a shop in Toronto with the equipment and especially if you've had your fenders done by a shop I'd appreciate some feedback on price, quality of work, etc.

I'm also curious as to how far you can go with fenders. I know you can roll the lip in but can you actually flare them significantly without having to repaint or use fibreglass? The reason for this is that I have extremely big(215/45R17) tires on my '00 Si at the moment and they rub under moderate cornering with bumps but they look so damn sick that I want to keep them and also drop the car on H&R Sports/ OE Sports... depending of course on how much room I can make for them.

Thanks for your time.

my friend used to have a professional one, that clamps on the rotor and rolls it that way, same thing the pros use.

Donno if he sill has it but he was renting them out last time.

Wheel and Tire Zone will cut your rear fender lips for $75 each. I got mine done there.

Congrats! You just shortened the time it will take for rust to start forming on your fenders!
