Remove the front bumper with the 5 screws at the top, 1 10mm bolt in each fender and 2 10mm bolts under the bumper. Once the bumper is removed, there are 2 10mm bolts on top of each headlight, 1 10mm bolt on the outside of each headlight (under the front of the fender) and there is a 10mm bolt that must be loosened on the inside part of the headlight (towards the centre on the car) that is reached via a hole Honda cut out in the rad support. Then, there is a bracket that holds the headlight in place on the front bumper support which has 2x10mm bolts for each headlight.

Its a pain, but very simple to do.
