I bought these halos lastyear and now the driverside halo is burt out well it has one bulb on and it is very dim where the other side is very bright... i bought them off ebay and no wthat i have used them i can't send them back they are SONAR lights does anyone no where i can take these hadlights to get fixed?? or how i can fix them??

Can't be fixed. Toss em out and take it as a hard lesson. Only buy off ebay from reputable sellers that carry real brands and will support their product.

open the headlights up.
solder out the old led and put in a new led.
and your set.
