Yea $28, but I was checking the prices at canadiantire.ca and it said the Duster was on sale for $21.99
I talked to the store clerk, he said sometimes they have promotions where customers have to print out the coupon and bring it in when they purchase the item.
Check out canadiantire.ca and see if you can find it.

A bunch of you have already given kudos to the California Car Duster and I can add to it! I've had one for just over two years now and this thing works like a charm!! I've got a black car and even a day after washing, you can see a thin layer of dust on it and just use the car duster thing and it'll be as good as new! No more need for car washes as frequently!!
