blue-ish headlights

i wanna just change the bulb on my headlight to the ones that have that blueish look from far but as you get closer look white like regular
anyone know a place that definetly has them. i heard they are cheap because you are just buying the bulb, so can someone tell me where to get them, their name (so i dont go in explaining to the salesperson like im explaining here) and the price
your assistance is appreciated

what i've noticed on some cars around where i live...the illegal lights with a higher blueish tinge **** me right off on the rd. get the silverstars or there are one other brand....i forget what they are called but they look soo nice....

i have a set of Coolblues on my car right now......there is a difference over stock......and they are a bit cheaper.....but at the time when i bought my coolblues they didn't have the silverstars out at the time......either that or i never heard of them....
the coolblues only have an effect when u turn ur lights all the way up.....to the 2nd level one below brights
the silverstars i think are noticeable with daytime runners as well?
so buy the silverstars not the coolblues...if i had money i'd go pick me up a pair of silverstars right now

There are a lot of threads about the silverstars and other bulbs.....do a thread search...u'll find a lot

the blue filmed ones don't give off the same amount of light, especially when you need it..

the silverstars have more of a purplish tone to the coating..

when in driving light mode them actually look oem, but once their "on" or in highbeam it's a beautiful nice white..

Eurolite also sells the D.O.T. approved purpleish tinged glass ones, but they gives off a cool white light.

You can usually pick them up at Pac Mall. They are around $30 for a pair.

yeah...the purplish tinged ones are nice....I had them for a while....but I swapped them out for a set of 100 W MTEC's....they are a lot brighter...they burn at 5000K...and I got them for under $30....and before anyone asks, no they havent melted mt headlight housing and the only mod I had to do was to put in a heavier duty connector for the headlights....Im very satisfied....these bulbs beat the hell out of eurolite's and are an awesome bang for the buck

I found SilverStar (euro Osram) was just a pure white light, NOT blue at all. I don't even find Phillips BlueVision blue. Now.... 6000K HIDs are blue

im not sure if there $20 or $30 but thats for a pair, not per bulb. I have em on my EK and there fricking bright. I have seen silverstars on SilverSiG's car and they are bright but IMO i find these ones brighter, but everyone has there own opinions.
