Aligning headlights

Aligning headlights
Hey guys I bought a pair of angel eyes for my ek but they weren't aligned properly. I tried to do it myself but for the driver side light I found it difficult to reach the vertical ****. So I have either 2 choices right now, take out the lights and align them or go to a shop and let them do it. If I do chose a shop does anyone know a good cheap shop that could do it for me and how much?
