Is the 99-00 sir rear lip the same as the type r rear lip?

On ebay its called different things also locally its called type r and some places its called sir rear lip.
Does it come in ABS plastic? I've only heard of it in fibreglass so far, anyone know where I can get one?

For 99-00, its all the same. In canada, its the SiR lip and in Japan its the Type-R lip. I have not encountered any fiberclass ones during my search a lil back. Pretty much all come in ABS plastic. On ebay, I found that a dealer named customauto had the most reasonable price. You can check them out at www.customauto.ca, its a company based out in B.C.

i saw that they are advertising on ebay but buying off the net i would net be assured of proper fitment, thats why im hesitant on buyin it off ebay

I've purchased from that site twice and have been very happy with the products I purchased from them. I cannot say the same for other companies on ebay. Individuals usually guarantee fitment, any uncertainties can be solved with them by email. Just ask them all the questions you got till your satisfied.

I was going to but was offered the opportunity to make a trade of my front lip for rear lip. Got my grill and eye brows from them.
