8th gen - clear lights

hello guys, does anyone have a link or a walk-through on how to clear the front lights on the new 06 07 08 + civics? I used to have a link where it showed you how to do it. But i also heard it was illegal. What do you guys think? But i also heard if we use colored bulb that they cops don't say anything?

How is it illegal?

It's your turn signals, they can be white or amber. Now don't go looking like my ride, or I'll have to accidently steal yours if we're parked together.

It's super easy, the most difficult part is removing the headlights and putting them back on. So far in total, I;ve cleared, 9 sets, helped with 4.

this is the diy I used as a guide.

Just pop them into an oven, for about 6mins (ay recommended temp on a baking sheet with moist towel), pry apart, remove amber, put back together, add silicon if needed, done.

I heard the same thing that they are illegal if you take out the amber reflector. I think in Canada or is it North America that you need them on but like what cop out there would notice that? lol
