is it possible to open and paint the inside of 4th gen head lights and corners? i need to know.

Should be the same as my 5th gen lights dave, just follow the directions for the 6th gen writeup, although you will prolly need to keep them in the oven longer to pry them apart.

Corners yes, headlights...highly doubt it. Just pull them out and see if it's a two peice unit, and how it's sealed. But, the lens isn't really transparent...so painting might not turn out so well. From this picture it looks like you can take it apart, but I don't know how well the color will show through that lens...

I painted my 5th gen lights black inside, turned out pretty good.

Yeah, well I painted my 6th gen one black 3 years ago, but what I'm saying is that because ours are clear lenses, the color shows nicely, but with the 4th gens, the lens isn't clear as you can see. It has those....things...the lines and ridges in the lens.

Yeh but it still shows up ok, and looks better than stock, cause they sort of look like projectors.
