Does anyone know if the neons can be mounted under/in the side skirts of a EG?. I took mine off a few weeks ago looking to do the same thing. but it didnt look like there was e'nuff room under there.

as for law requirements, on may 24 i walked up to one of the cops while down at wasaga and went through it with him, he went through his actual ticket book and the closest thing to undercar neon was flashing lights or changing colour. any solid colour is legal as long as its not changing colour or flashing

yeah i would not depend on a single cop himself though, i have had cops tell me numorous things about front plates, hell even plate covers...

whether its flashing or not if blue or red you have a very high chance of being caught and ticketed.. hell everyone knows about blue or red

i'm pretty sure you can't do the same with an EG man, our cars are flush as *** from the bottom

wow man, those really glow, can i ask where you bought those neons and for how much? i been lookin around pricin liek on ebay and comparing with LED underbody kits, so i think your post convinced me as long as they arent too pricey. thx.

you cannot compare the glow of neon to and led... neons are bright and give an overall glow in all directions - not directional - and if installed properly cn last a lifetime

I just picked up a set of LEDs tonight. gonna start the install tomorrow. going to install them with no wires showing under the chassis.

I cant use this DIY to install an undercar kit on my EG? the sideskirts and stuff dont work the same way?

No. on an EG it doesnt work. you can pretty much only mount them to the floor pan.
