the hotels i stayed at were 4 or 5 star...i never saw any CDM hookers!!!

but yah, good job on the bargaining...its so funny how they always inflate their prices...
if you pay anything more than 25% of what their initial asking price was, you've already been ripped off!!!!!!!!
basically, if u just learn to walk away and pretend to lose interest in the item, u'll always get the item at the price u want!!!

I was in 4 and 5 star hotels as well... Mrriotte, Hilton, Radisson and some other Chinese ones... Been almost everywhere in China but my main location is in ChongQing... WHere were you?? Yeah I love the bargaining stuff it's funny... A bunch of my friends bought "North Face" winter jackets for less than $30 and they were the real thing!!! We tested them in the shop by using a lighter and trying to set them on fire... They arms didn't melt so they all bought them... The dude first wanted $1000 RMB's my boys said $150... Of course dude says no way and my boys started to point down the street and said there going to the next shop down the street... Well as they were walking out the door.. the saleman caved in
