another thing with creatine is that yes, it does expand your muscle tissue so you need to keep working out...when u stop all that expanded area turns flabby and u look like Hulk Hogan these days

I can't remember the exact numbers off the top fo my head, but....

It works for 15% of people and of those 15% that it does work for, 90% are vegetarians who lack a sufficient intake of creatine through meat.

well my buddy used to eat alot before all meat all the time, but last year or so he only eats like vegitables and very less meat and drink only water and no suger stuff. and yes matt is does expand muscle tissue cus they get filled with water and when i stopped working out it gave me strech marks on my biceps and i still have them.

i guess you can boil the numbers down evcen further and say it only works for 1.5% of people, but again, that's only based on numbers off the top of my head. But the general idea is correct.

stretch marks can also be caused by weight loss not just muscle gain. U might just have gotten fatter, that is a possibility. Lots of people who work out naturally develop stretch marks without suppliments.

you guys are all a bunch of retards when it comes to eating, supplements and working out.....plain and simple. think what you want.....but i will bet you are all either skinny runts or fat fvkcs.

in any event, i want that guy to scan and post up whatever he has on creatine, along with the source.

As far as I know creatine is benificial providing you work out in proportion to as much as you take inorder for it to do its job. Seeing as the by-product of one of the energy systems in one's body IS creatine, which is furthermore used for more energy to be made (ATP-PC energy system I think? I'm sure someone can clearify). By theory if you take more creatine all you're doing essentially is creating more possible food/water for your muscles, and if you exercise enough for your muscles to use this excess food/water than you'll be perfectly fine. If you don't, the food/water makes you fat, simply put.

I don't think it's fair really to whip out stats on people who have seen benifits because I'm sure not 100% of them took it properly in the sense of proper proportions to their exercise habits.
