dont know if creatine is bad or not i only did it for few weeks, i guess didnt do it long enought to see any affects of it. but my buddy is fine he took it for a year. but he stoped after that maybe he starting to get affected maybe, never really asked him.

well my buddy used to eat alot before all meat all the time, but last year or so he only eats like vegitables and very less meat and drink only water and no suger stuff. and yes matt is does expand muscle tissue cus they get filled with water and when i stopped working out it gave me strech marks on my biceps and i still have them.

I've done some powder that was over a year old...my buddy found it and he gave it to me...it was decent but not as potent as it coulda been...then again this stuff wasnt the don crills, no scale at all...it did the job for the time being

As far as I know creatine is benificial providing you work out in proportion to as much as you take inorder for it to do its job. Seeing as the by-product of one of the energy systems in one's body IS creatine, which is furthermore used for more energy to be made (ATP-PC energy system I think? I'm sure someone can clearify). By theory if you take more creatine all you're doing essentially is creating more possible food/water for your muscles, and if you exercise enough for your muscles to use this excess food/water than you'll be perfectly fine. If you don't, the food/water makes you fat, simply put.
I don't think it's fair really to whip out stats on people who have seen benifits because I'm sure not 100% of them took it properly in the sense of proper proportions to their exercise habits.
