XP-SP1...A big NO NO!!
FYI, if you happen to own a "backup" copy of XP (both home or pro), please take my advice...don't bother to install the latest service pack that's provided by Microsoft...
Here is why:
It will check if your serial#/CD-Key is legit.

Been in the Dev kit for 2 months...
