I don't eat much fast food, but now when i do its always Popeye's. I used to have this misconception that it was like KFC, though that is completely false. Popeye's is definitely quality fast food, if not the best fast food resteraunt out there. I can't vouch for every city, but the Popeye's in Vaughan, Richmond hill are clean,& fresh as heck. Only down side is waiting time 5 to 15 mins.

Any good clean food you eat should make you feel sleepy after its eaten, thats like the ghetto way of knowing you ate good food, clean food.

I'm usually sleepy after eating a double big mac or a Baconnator with a double order of bacon. :P

Popeyes is great, but compared to other fastfood joints, their prices are a joke.

Also as far as I know, getting sleepy after a meal is not a good thing

getting sleepy after eating is natural as the blood flow is sent to the stomach to aid in digestion...which is why swimming after meals isnt recommended as cramping can occur in arms and legs due to lack of blood circulation as its busy in the gut region...so back to sleepiness...blood leaving the brain and working on digestion leaves you feeling fatigued

I'll take Taco Hell over Arby's any day, I've barfed both times I've eaten at Arby's. Mom and Pop places FTW!
