Typical Wheels Direct. Ask Overkill what he went through tyring to get rims from them :working: ... I'm glad we passed on their affiliation proposal a while back.

The reason I'm considering BC Auto is that after numerous phone calls and inquiries as to when they will come in...I finally get this from when my girlfriend calls "we have been having problems and they haven't been ordered" Wtf? this is after being almost 3weeks after they were supposed to arrive! So any input on BC Auto and Design would be appreciated.

wow....all you needed to do was ask instead of standing around but instead you break the law because you dont like the customer service...sheesh talk about a lil irrational..next time i have to wait in line or at a counter and dont get what i want ill take something for making them waste 10 minutes

I would say that's one of the worse places in T.O to get anything. I think Wheels Direct has better customer service. Most of the horror stories I've heard are about BC Auto. So...you can drop by and take a look, but just beware....By the way, if you do decide to go with them, make sure you keep your eye on your car. I wouldn't trust them with my car. Just a word of advice

If you buy from BC Auto, your "new" rims will likely be used or stolen.

Don't even bother going there.

Like installing a GSR motor, when they specifically bought a Type R motor. ummm....selling fake rims (Volk Racing) at the price of real ones. ummmm...can't think of any more right now, but there are plenty. Just surf other Toronto boards, and ask about them. I'm sure you'll get the same responses that I'm giving you.

I've heard of the same thing with Wheels Direct stealing your rims...and this from the guy at the body shop I go to. If they are the supplier of 5zigen in canada I don't see why they would need to sell me used wheels.

I'm not saying that you're all lying or anything cause I know that kinda stufff happens. Anyone specifically buy rims from there and have had problems? Wheels direct already pissed me off and I don't think I'll be going there. Can anyone suggest any other place? I'm looking for 5zigen m05's 16"...

BC suck's don't go there. They sell rims to you at a lower price because they're end of the line usually. Also they don't care if it's the wrong offset the install on your car. You think they have good service? You should go in there and talk to Bell, he's a dick. If your not oriental he doesn't give you the time of day.

Surprised at what you say about Wheel's Direct, Collen alway's take's care of me. Do you agree Agent Orange? If you have to wait because it's just plain stupidly busy, nothing to do about that but wait. And if your rims are coming from the state's everything at the border is being stopped so it take's a long time.

It's not the fact that they were stalled at the border. They were in fact never ordered however I was jockied around time aftertime saying that they would be in on a different day. Even Collen told me that they would be in tomorrow but when my gf called they confessed that they had not been ordered at all. With all that is being said about BC Auto I'm shying away from buying it from there but does anyone know of a place where I can purchase these rims if not from BC Auto or Wheels Direct.??

I would have to agree with cosmic, I had mine done in an hour.Everything thing was on site and done properly and they were nice enought to paint my calipers and rear drums black while they were at it. Staff seemed very nice as well.
