right now i switched from pro-lab to Muscletech - NitroTech ...

seems to be working well so far...

but just as a heads up there is a touch of creatine in the nitrotech powder.... but it's there to help in the delivery of the protein and other stuff not for you to be on a creatine cycle...

muscletech is the biggest sham of a supplement company


is that how they market their product?

extactly how does creatine help shuttle the protein to your cells? you would need something that spikes your insulin (like dextrose) to do that.

i didn't buy it because it was muscletech... i bought it cuz it was on sale and cheap... lol


they were out of vanilla pro-lab so i decided to try something new... the price was right, the protein amount per serving was right... the rest i dont' really care about... when you get down to it they're all fairly similar especially considering noone here is training to be Mr. Universe... maybe then it would make a big difference

You're better of making your own stack using whey powder + dextrose/maltodextrin + creatine (if you take it)

I just went on Muscletech's website and the fact that they advertise it as a product that will help you gain 8.6lbs of LEAN MUSCLE MASS in just 14 days already makes it a big joke.

lotta workout buffs in here.
hope it shows in the summer

only thing i've ever tried is isoflex.
very tastey.
i wasn't using the recommended dosage which was like 4 servings a day. i was only doing 1 - 2 . but still felt a nice difference in my workout. other than that month. i've used nothing. just eat eat eat.
