LMFAO! i did that exact thing today and almost took the civic into the curb turning left onto bronte from lakeshore today in oakville....lol

another add on to this is

driving manual, having a smoke, and eating a big mac....lol

basically the pores or whatever it is opens up and nicotine and all the other crap has a better chance to get into it like by a million and sit there and cause cancer.
