Staying home on New Years.... Sign In!

I worked all day and I have to get up at 5:30 AM to go back. A few co-workers who are off tomorrow are going to London for the night, a couple more are going to a house party. My wife is working nights and I'm stuck at home by myself.

at least I'm not the only person staying in....

I worked today from 4am-3pm, and I gotta be back tommorrow morning again @ 4

I could call in sick, but theres nothing going on thats worth losing out on a day of stat holiday pay.

I wanna go out, but its too late now to find a ride/dd etc.

1 more beer and its bedtime

happy new year??

$46/hr for 12 hours for me tomorrow so I don't mind at all. The beer store was closed by the time I got off tonight, but I think the wife has a few coolers in the fridge.

I'm in Florida right now, but plans fell through, so ya I guess I'm staying home tonight. Good thing about the United States is that there is no such thing as the beer store or LCBO. I just went to the closest gas station and stocked up. Cheers and happy new year!

i invited the guy over for a drink, but he said no thank you.

I have never been to an outdoor count down and this year, it didn't happen as well.

I was at buddy's apartment overlooking Mel Lastman's Square then I yelled out "happy new year!" from the window after midnight.

I doubt anyone heard me.

New year resolution - no food pass 10pm.
