...start early or stay late...

Some employers offer flex time at work, and for most of us, if summer hours are offered, they're over now.

Given the choice, however, would you rather:
Start early and leave early
or
start late and stay late?

Even though waking up early is definitely not a picnic, I think I'd rather start early and leave early.

I hate staying late...it feels like detention, hahahaha.

It depends..... if you have someone/something to go home to, then start early end early is great..... if when you get home, all you're gonna do is... well, nothing, then getting more sleep in the morning feels pretty good

I start late AND leave early Some perks for being your own boss. I worked from 11:00 until 4:00 yesterday. Only problem is that my job does not end when I leave the office. I left at 4:00 yesterday, but I had some work related running around to do and got home finally at 10 PM.

I never used to be a start early leave early person, but I gave it a try this year and I like it a lot better. When your going to work for 8:00 there's just a bit less traffic then the pounding of the 9-5 workday and rush hour. When you come in early there's hardly anyone around, so its like you get 1 hour of free until 9:00 when most of the people get in.
