The point is he likes what he has done to his car, just like how you spent money on your suspension, and how I spent money on my wheels. Same ****, different pile.

I don't question people why they buy things, I only ask them if they think the money is worth spending on their own behave. If they like it, then that's all it matters.

Thanks a lot for clearing that up I am new to the site so I wasn't sure, by the way the cost to build the car was very expenive but in a way I didn't mind because it was like buying a new car but I got want I wanted I did all labour just paid for parts

Thanks alot dude for saying that, my reason for building this car is because I built what I always wanted and and it took me 1 year of working hard, come on I have a 99 sir with a T3/T4 set but I wanted something more built for a man but I am happy with it split fire dynoed it at 475hp and 490 LBT but its still needs better tunning I am not happy with those numbers all I'll try to get the dyno chart scaned and some pic and I'll put them up

RHD is sick, and its pure JDM. For me to even consider a car to be JDM or JDM look, its gotta be right hand drive.

As to comment about legal and illegal stuff on cars. Majority of cars have illegal stuff on it. So what, its your choice whether you want to put it on or not.

Its illegal to put on any type of license plate cover, but people do it all the time. Even old grannys do it.

Putting an exhaust on your car can be illegal. Lowering your car can be illegal. Just cause people mod their cause doesn't mean they race them.

Anyways, whether its legal or not. RHD is pure sick.

Exactly, whatever floats his boat. That's exactly the same as what I define as rice and what you define as rice.

Alright so a bit more back on topic.

If this guy didn't do a conversion.

How would he have gotten the Type R?

I really want to know the rules of importing vehicles over.
But I seem to keep hearing different stuff.

Forget the rules about importing, but I know a dude (could be him.) that did the RHD ITR (DC2). The car was complete when it came to Ontario and was stripped for parts, etc and then another buyer bought the chassis and built it back up. I saw the car when it about to be sheet metal and now it was complete and re- painted, it didnt have the stickers tho.

i wasn't questioning him in that sense charles

i was asking a legitimate question as to if there was some specific reason other then wanting it to be jdm like the he did it

and as i said in that post...it wouldn't justify the cost/effort FOR ME...meaning if that's what he wanted good for him
