About a year ago I decided I didn't want to play with cars anymore and that my priorities in life have changed.


And now, I'm the owner of my very first condo!

if conversion you mean by me saving money and not blowing it on cars, etc...just under a year


matt: i wish i could have too but i just wanted to get my own place and make sure it was something that would sell for a lot more down the road too
