BTW, there was an article in Globe Investor a while ago.. You actually have to pay for it to see it now. But the article was about Cuba finding a crap load of oil off their coast line but not having the resources to get it. They were selling off sections to countries and US desperately needed/wanted it but would have to lift the embargo to get at it. There was talk of actually lifting the embargo to be able to purchase this oil...By the time that would have happened all the sections would be purchased anyway..
