how far u wanna travel, like right in new york?
or just the border
if ur goin right into new york, there's a great place, right by the former WTC, called Century 21....OoO makes me cream my pants just thinkin of it
if your talkin about different borough it all depends from borough to borough
if ur just crossin the border.....there's tons off outlet malls and such no need to even ask just go exploring really, right when u cross the cdn border like 10mins away

It is not all that cheap shopping in the States. Remember, you are using Canadian money to buy US products, how cheap can you get?
Century 21 is basically a junk yard store. It has some decent stuff, but you gotta dig around.

Woodbarry out between Boston and NYC is the outlet mall to shop. Top notch brand names, some expensive some aren't. Once you been to Woodbarry, you will never go back to Century 21.

That's the one. Sorry for the mis-spelling, it is Woodbury.
Toronto has nice stuff, just visit Bloor Street. It is a short street compare to Boston's premium shopping district or 5th Avenue but if you want something nice, I am sure you can find some on Bloor Street.
