I want to buy something from california and it is a private transaction. Is there any way for the courier to send the item and allow me to pay for the item upon delivery. I mean the cost of the item as well as the shippings costs...can they all be paid on delivery? Furthermore, how will the payment be sent to the seller if it is possible to pay for the entire thing in cash after delivery?

i donno how it works internationally - i know that with Canada Post you can ship COD and then once you pay and pick it up they send back a postal money order to the person who sent the item

i checked fed ex, but the cost of it is hard to figure out. i think cod is the safest most secure way to send and receive items after reading about it.
