I'm looking for a place where I can get some nice cuts of shark meat.. I had it a long time ago and remember that it was really good and I want to try some again..

Any decent Japanese restaurant should have it.

If you want retail, try Loblaws or up scale market. St. Lawrance should also have it.

You can bbq it or wrap it in foil after seasoning it the way you want it and cook it in the oven. Make sure it is cooked well, should be nice, white and flakey after.

not really! they have a urinary tract but they actually accumulate urea in their flesh in order to help with buoyancy. It keeps the sharks body at a slightly higher salt concentration then the sea so it doesnt have to waste its time drinking copious amounts of water to get the proper amount of freshwater in its body...basically it has to do with osmoregulation of water...

at least my biology degree is good for something!

I was in florida last week, and went on a fishing trip in the keys, a bunch of guys on the boat caught sharks on the boat, they were about 2 feet long, it was pretty cool, they threw them back tho....
