it was only a matter of time before they did the same thing as blockbuster

looks like rogers system is better with no re-stocking fee

hahhah never buy a phone from the damn video store ... too much delay and run around .. truss me i used to sell em @ video stores ... boring as hell ... just goto a retail store and ur good...

don't buy sony phones... that's the moral of the story JP~!!


and ya it's not bad, it's true that they had to do it eventually, but now blockbuster will get rid of the restocking fee's thankfully... atleast i hope so...

and blockbuster has a better selection, that's why i go there.... plus it's like 1 block closer to my house than the rogers

No my phone was busted and i was told to go to a rogers video to send it in for warrenty repair

1st problem .. pain in the *** to find a rogers video with loaner phones available

my phone was ready for pick up yesterday.... i get there and im told the systems are down, come back tomorrow


oh and i had to pick up jays tickets from a rogers video once...
(bought them online)

and i asked to pick up ... guy says to me... the jays are still in toronto?

and i bought this phone (sony w600i) based on dhirrens recommendation "its one of the best phones i've own'...

1ST one i had kept shutting off
2nd one randomly froze
3rd one (current) which i took in for repair , i turned it on and the screen was blank...

Umm JP, the one I got is solid still. Its been ten months and no problems at all.
BTW I shoudlnt have been the reason why you picked it up lol.
I did however pick up a W810i.

unless u opend the phone outta a new box im 95% sure your gettin refurbs ... i mean cmon .. who buys a brand new phone and the screen is black .... they didnt check it properly b4 refurbbin it

I worked in the industry for 4 years lol. I know how this works. Before any phone hits the shelf they run feild tests, testing all features. JP Ill show you next time I see you how to test all the features of a sony ericsson phone via field test mode.

you seemed faily satisfied with it when i talked to you... so that in turn sold me on taht phone... its a decent phone i've just had bad luck lol



and yup all 3 where brand new out of the box!
if they are infact referbished... someone failed to mention that to me

the first 2 had problems within a few days

dhirren dunno if you remember me telling you about it way back in teh spring when i picked it up


the current one i had problem free since april.. it ****ed up on me 2 weeks ago

three phones in a row sounds like a product issue for sure. my v635 freezes sometimes but that is rare.

is it at all possible that you ask them for a different brand of cellphone altogether? i mean...this sony model has issues for sure and you are justified in asking for a something else.

Bring it back after 8 days you pay FOR the full price of the movie lol..but it doesn't state getting your money back before 30 days....ill stick to bb, mostly cause its free
