hey guys i was wondering if i'm the only one here having trouble with my phone i got the 3360 and for the past 3 weeks i have had no service on the phone i called and complained but the guy said it was not the service it was my phone so i'm wondering if anybody else has had a problem with there rogers service
also i signed a 2 year contract can i just call and complain about the service and tell them that this is bullshit and why should i pay for the phone if i have no service and cancel my plan with out paying the penalty (buy the way how much is the penalty)

the penalty is written on the paper you signed, i believe you should have the yellow copy, i lost mine.

oh yea, bitch at them long enough, and you'll get credited, maybe 3 months free.......

As for the phone, i think you have one year warranty, so if its not expired, go where ever you got it from, and they will do it for free ( even without receipt )

Penalty is usually the remaining cost of all your monthly payments to a maximum of $200.

Bitch at them very harshly, but intelligently, for long enough and they'll fix things with you coming out on top. If they really give you problems say you're calling head office with a complaint, your calling the Better Business Bureau, and your calling Peter Silverman from City TV, as well as writing to all the major daily newspapers in Toronto if this isn't taken care of.

IT MUST BE THE PHONE BECAUSE MINE WAS FINE. AND YOU HAVE A WARRENTY ON THE PHONE THEY SHOULD JUST GIVE YOU ANOTHER ONE. YOU SHOULDEN'T HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING
