procrastination punishments
guys, i need a list of punishments. self induced punishments. not too extreme please. they're supposed to act as a motivator to discourage procrastination. things that you cna do everytime u miss a goal
as an example, burning money, or chaining yourself to the chair, or sleep deprivation etc.
there's only one thing.......the punishments can't in anyway punish anyone else, even if it is inadvertently.

realise you are one step closer to failure each time you procrastinate.
keep it up and you're garbage.
if you want, i can meet up with you one a week and kick you in the face for each time you procrastinated during the week.
if greater than 5, i will wear steel toes.
it's up to you man.
you don't need to punish yourself to realize a goal and succeed.
you need only yourself and the drive to do it.
anything else is bullsh1t.

there was once this ebay auction where you were bidding on a guy to come to your town and lay you a beating. you pay for his flight and hotel and any expenses. he will attack you out of the blue. if he hurts himself, he can sue, but you cannot sue him.

when i was in college, i uesd to procrastinate doing homework, so I would do other things I wouldn't normally do, like laundry, cleaning my room. Eventually doing these tasks would get boring, so I would go back to doing homework, to avoid housework.
