police back ground check thing?

hey i need to get one of these bad boys for a job... i know they are $40 but my question is can i go to any police station for this or does it have to be the station where i live...

since waterdown is now part of hamilton does that mean i have to go to hamilton or could i just go to the burlington one??

Hey if you don't mine me asking what type of job requires you to get a police back ground check....it is really easy to do though my chick had to get one to become a big sister...Mike

hey you guys were all wrong... you have to go to the police head quarters for whichever area you live in...


umm the job is through my uncle and he basically passed me through the whole interview process but i guess they wanna make sure i'm clean before letting me in...

yah it'z only headquarters........and if ur still a student....u can attempt to get it free......try and pass it off as a school placement.....or something........

hmmm good call... i still have my humber student card...

but ya you can only go to the headquarters from where ever you live... you can't just go to any head quarters

negative... gotta be the headquarters... at least in halton and hamilton regions... maybe since toronto is a lot bigger then the divisions can do it but for halton and hamilton definately only headquarters

just get a clearance certificate from a fingerprinting place. they will give u a certificate and a fingerprint certificate stating either ur clean or not. u dont have to get it from police.

not working with kids... its in a factory but they have lots of expensive stuff so i guess they'd be less inclinded to hire me if i were a criminal... plus i'm not actually going through the actual hiring process... who knows i was told to get one so i am...

Oh man last summer i worked in a factory..hahaa soo much fun . . . hahaha and u get stuff on the odd ocasion......and the pay is excellent.......unless there are few workers amoungst u...then u gotta actually work.....lol

well i'm told the working conditions suck, but the pay is excellent and the work itself is easy.... so we'll see how it goes... in the first month of working there i could probably buy a b18c5 so the money will definately be a nice change
