I got rust proof option for my new car... and well just wondering what do I need to do

I got the Platinum Rust Proofing, Undercoat (Anti-Perforation), and Undercoat (Sound Shield).

Terms of Coverage:
New Auto / Light Truck: LIFETIME

To validate this warranty, the customer must sign this registration & vehicle must be inspected every 2 years by issuing dealer.

Does this mean its a one time, life time $600 platinum shield or it must be done every 2 years?
